Make the most of your stay, and like any lover of good food would, go spend a privileged moment at the Chef's side in his old-style kitchen, where he will divulge his secrets and pass on his skill.

After concocting a complete menu together, you will share the Chef's table to sample your dishes, accompanied, of course, by the best wines of the region.

PROGRAM COOKING CLASS

9:30 - Pierre PAUMEL welcomes you to his Gourmet Workshop.
You will prepare a menu. Theme depending on the season.
11:00 - Break
13:00 - Degustation lunch all together with the Chef, wines from the Rhône valley included
14:30 - End of the class

Dear Gourmets,

The Chef Pierre PAUMEL – Master Chef of France – is making a date with you for the 1st SEMESTER 2012, in his Workshop, to learn another way of cooking through his professional techniques, permitting you to make original recipes easy to reproduce at home.
During the different Workshops, the Chef will put the accent on cooking technics : steam, low temperature, all indispensable instructions for cooking lovers !

After concocting a complete menu together, we will share the Chef’s table to sample your dishes, accompanied, of course, by the best wines of the region.
