Dear Gourmets,
The Chef Pierre PAUMEL – Master Chef of France – is making a date with you for the 1st SEMESTER 2010, in his Workshop, to learn another way of cooking through his professional techniques, permitting you to make original recipes easy to reproduce at home. During the different Workshops, the Chef will put the accent on cooking techniques : steam, microwave, low temperature, all indispensable instructions for cooking lovers !
After concocting a complete menu together, we will share the Chef’s table to sample your dishes, accompanied, of course, by the best wines of the region.
OTHER DATES : if you are at least 5 persons and would like to have a class with the Chef, we can organize it in all conviviality !
For the classes from 9:30am to 2:30pm, lunch at the Chef’s table and wines are included. Companion can join you for lunch : 40 €.
